(تاج )يحذر سلطات الاحتلال من إستحدام العنف ضد الجنوبيين

يعبر التجمع الديمقراطي الجنوبي " تاج “ عن قلقه الشديد من التصريحات التي أصد نظام الاحتلال القمعي والديكتاتوري اليمني و التي تتضمن تهديدات موجهة ضد أبناء الجنوب الذين قرروا الخروج في يوم السابع من يوليو الحالي في عرض عسكري في مدينة عدن للتعبير عن المظالم الجسيمة التي يتعرضون لها من قبل نظام الاحتلال.. لقد تعرض ما يقرب من نصف مليون مواطن
جنوبي للتعسف الوظيفي الجائر من خلال توقيفهم في بيوتهم عن أعمال وإحالتهم للتقاعد المبكر بطريقة غير قانونية وتتعرض معاشاتهم للتوقيف والاستقطاعات المتكررة والابتزاز بطرق مهينة. لقد فاض الكيل بأبناء الجنوب فلم يستمع أحد لشكاويهم وتكررت الوعود الكاذبة من قبل سلطات الاحتلال والرئيس اليمني نفسه في رفع الظلم وتسوية أوضاع الجنوبيين العسكريين والمدنيين ومساواتهم بأقرانهم من مواطني الجمهورية العربية اليمنية لكن حدة الممارسات العنصرية والتمييزية ضد الجنوبيين زادت اليوم بشكل واضح.
ونتيجة لكل هذه الممارسات تشكلت الجمعيات الخاصة بالمتقاعدين قسرا من العسكريين والمدنيين الجنوبيين ونظمت الاعتصامات والإحتجاجات في مختلف المدن الجنوبية ورغم تعرض المظاهرات والمسيرات التي نظمت في يوم 22 مايو الماضي للقمع من قبل مؤسسات الأمن التي استخدمت الرصاص الحي فإن ذلك لم ينفع فقد صعدت تلك الجمعيات نشاطاتها ومطالبها حتى قدمت مذكراتها للإتحاد الأوروبي والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة للتدخل في إنهاء الاحتلال واستعادة حقوق المواطنة التي صادرها نظام صنعاء بأسم الوحدة.
لقد أعلن الجنوبيون عزمهم على تنظيم مسيرة كبرى وعرض للعسكريين المتقاعدين الجنوبيين قسرا في مدينة عدن عاصمة دولة الجنوب الأبدية واختاروا يوم السابع من يوليو لتنظيم هذه الفعالية وهو اليوم الذي سقطت فيه عدن بأيدي القوات العسكرية اليمنية 1994 التي تحتل عدن والجنوب حتى يومنا هذا..
إن هذه الفعالية السلمية الهامة التي تهدف إلى لفت أنظار المجتمع الدولي إلى معانات الجنوب وأبناءه فإنها حق كفله دستور دولة الاحتلال نفسه والقوانين الدولية وهي حق طبيعي وإنساني بدرجة أولى.. لكن أن تنبري صحيفة أخبار اليوم الصنعانية المقربة من أجهزة أمن السلطة ومن القصر الرئاسي تتوعد الجنوبيين بخطاب يوجه تهديدي مباشر إن هم نظموا أو شاركوا في هذا العرض الاحتجاجي وتتهمهم بالتآمر على الوطن لصالح دوائر خارجية فإن هذا تصعيد جديد وخطير يضاف إلى الممارسات التعسفية والقمعية ضد الجنوبيين وحقوقهم الإنسانية المشروعة.
في الوقت الذي يدعو التجمع كل أبناء الجنوب للالتفاف حول هذه المظاهرة السلمية والقانونية التي لا تستطيع سلطات الاحتلال توقيفها لعدم وجود مبرر قانوني لديها فإنه يحذر السلطات اليمنية من المساس بهذه الفعالية واللجوء للأساليب القمعية والأمنية والتهديدات ويؤكد على أن هذا التصعيد الخطير من قبل سلطات الاحتلال سيؤدي إلى فرض العنف على أبناء الجنوب واللجوء إلى المواجهة المسلحة في بلد لا تحترم فيه السلطات القانون. وفي الوقت الذي نحذر سلطات صنعاء من اللعب بالنار فإن تهديداتها لن تثنينا عن المطالبة بحقنا مهما كان الثمن. ويدعو التجمع الديمقراطي الجنوبي " تاج" كل السفارات العاملة في اليمن إلى مراقبة الموقف حتى يكونوا شهودا إذا ما أقدمت سلطات صنعاء على تنفيذ تهديها بانتهاك حق المواطنة واستخدام العنف الغير قانوني. ونوجه هذا النداء أيضا للدول والمنظمات للضغط على حكومة صنعاء بوقف الانتهاكات والتمييز العنصري ضد الجنوبيين ووقف العنف الذي سيجر البلد إلى دوامة لن تخرج منها ستأتي على الأخضر واليابس.

“TAJ” warns the Yemeni occupation’s authorities of using violence
The Southern Democratic Assembly "TAJ" express its grave concern of the threatening statement issued by the Yemeni dictatorship and repressive occupation’s regime, which included a direct threats against the Southerners who decided to get out
in 7th July this year in a military parade in the city of Aden to express their grave injustices, which were imposed on them by the Yemeni occupation’s regime.
It is nearly half a million southern citizens whom are unfairly and arbitrarily deprived of work either through stopping them unjust at their homes or through moving them to an illegal early retirement. Their salaries or pensions are subject to a regular suspension, deduction and repeated extortion in degrading ways.
The enough is enough... the Southerners’ complains have been ignored for long time, no one listens to them, repeated false promises have been given by the occupation authorities and by the Yemeni president himself to eliminating injustice and to settlement the southerners military and civilian personnel’s conditions and to treat them equally to their peers from the Yemen Arab Republic. The Southerners have in vain appealed to the occupation authorities to stop exercising the increasingly racial and discriminatory practices against the southerners.
As a result of all these practices, the Southerners have formed their own associations for the forcibly retired military and civilian officers and employees (MCRA) and have organized protests in various southern cities. The associations organised a big and a wide demonstrations and marches on 22<SUP>nd</SUP> May of this year. Despite the fact that those marches and demonstrations were exposed to suppression and live shoots used by the security forces, but they could not stop them, on the contrary using violence by the Yemeni occupation authorities attracted more southern participants and make the demonstrations more active and bigger. The activities and events of (MCR)’s have been escalated and developed, they have raised their demands’ level by asking the international community to interfere and monitor the demands of the Southerners. They have submitted a memorandum to the European Union and to the General Assembly of the United Nations asking them to intervene in ending the occupation and in restoring the rights of the southerners’ citizenship, which have been confiscated by the Yemeni regime in the name of the unity.
The Southerners are determined to organize a great march and a military parade for the southerners forcibly retired military personnel in the southern state eternal capital; the city of Aden, on 7<SUP>th</SUP> July of this year, the day of Aden and the South fall in the hands of the Yemen military forces in 1994, which occupies our country until the resent day..
This important peaceful event aimed at drawing the international community’s attention to the South and to its citizens’ suffers. The Yemeni regime overdoes oppressing the southerners in trying to stop them even of such peaceful activities, which are guaranteed by the constitution of the occupation’s State itself and by the international laws, it is a natural and humane right in the first degree.
The press statement of Sana’a’s Akhbar al-Youm newspaper, Which is very close to the security forces’ the authority and to the presidential palace, has threatened directly the southerners who are announced to organize the military parade and protest accusing them of conspiring against the nation for the benefit of the foreign affairs. This new and dangerous escalation adds to the repressive and arbitrary practices against the southerners and their basic human rights.
On one hand “TAJ” calls the southern citizens to attend and support this legal peaceful demonstration , which could not be halted by the occupation authorities for the lack of the legal justification, on the another hand it warns the Yemeni authorities of resorting to the repressive methods and to the security forces’ threats, It stresses that this dangerous escalation by the occupation authorities will lead to imposing violence on the south and will resort them to the armed confrontation in a country where the authorities do not respect the law.
At the time, which “TAJ” warns Sana’a’s authorities of playing with fire, it confirms that the threats will not deter us from demanding our rights whatever is the price, it calls all embassies operating in Yemen to watch the position as witnesses in case if Sana’a’s authorities will implement its threats in using the illegal force to confiscate the southerners citizenship’s rights. If they do so no doubt it will be the catalyst to the southern to oppose the violence and defend their rights by the right method.
We make this appeal also to the states and organizations demanding them to pressure the Yemeni occupation regime to stop the violations and the racial discrimination against the Southerners. No doubt that the violence will sweep the country into a vortex, which will not come out of it. We are sure that the violence is going to burn the dry and the green and feel that it is our duty to inform the bodies who are interested in the Yemeni’s affairs and we have already done that.
