''تاج '' يناشد المجتمع الدولي بحماية شعب الجنوب
يناشد التجمع الديمقراطي الجنوبي " تاج " كافة الدول العربية والأجنبية والمنظمات السياسية والحقوقية الى الوقوف مع أبناء الجنوب الرافضين للاحتلال اليمني القائم والمغلف بشعار الوحدة، الذين يخرجون اليوم للتعبير عن هذا الرفض المتصاعد يوميا لفرض الأمر الواقع من قبل نظام علي عبدالله صالح على الجنوب وبقوة السلاح.
إن " تاج " إذ يطالب سفارات الدول العربية والأجنبية وممثلي المنظمات الدولية في صنعاء الى مراقبة الاعتصام السلمي الذي سينفذه المسرحين الجنوبيين من العسكريين والأمنيين والمدنيين منذ نهاية حرب 1994، وذلك صباح يوم 2 أغسطس المقبل في ساحة الحرية بخور مكسر في عدن عاصمة الجنوب الأبدية. إذ يسعى نظام الاحتلال اليمني الى عرقلة هذه الفعالية، والتحرش بالآلاف من المتقاعدين الذين سيحضرون من مختلف محافظات الجنوب لمنعهم من الاعتصام سلميا، وكذا محاولته تفجير الموقف في هذا اليوم لغرض القيام بحملة اعتقالات بين أوساط المعتصمين.
إن " تاج " إذ يحذر وبقوة من أن تمادي نظام صنعاء في قمع أو منع الجنوبيين من التعبير عن رفضهم للاحتلال القائم وممارساته اللا إنسانية بحق شعبنا في الجنوب، قد يؤدي الى تدهور الأوضاع أمنيا بسبب حالة الاحتقان وتردي الأوضاع في الجنوب مما سيجعل الوضع مفتوحا على كل الخيارات.

“TAJ” Appeals the International Community to Protect the South Arabia’s People
The Southern democratic Assembly appeals all the Arab and foreign countries and political and human rights organizations to stand with the South Arabia’s people who reject the existing Yemeni occupation regime, which is covered by the unity’s slogans. The South Arabia‘s people express their increasing rejects to the Yemeni occupation through a daily peaceful demonstration refusing strongly imposing of the fate accompli on the South by force by Ali Abdullah Saleh’s troops.
“TAJ” appeals all Arab and foreigner embassies at Sana’a and all regional and International organisations’ representatives in Yemen to attend and observe the peaceful demonstration, which will be held by the Southern military, secuririy and civilian demobilised since the war of 1994.
The demonstration will be take place in the Freedom Square, in Hkour Masker district in the eternal capital of South Arabia; the City of Aden morning on 2nd August 2007.
The Yemeni occupation regime is seeking hard to obstruct this southern event, and harasses thousands of southern deployed people who will attend from all over the South. The Yemeni authorities’ troops will try to prevent them from striking peacefully, as well as attempting to increase the tension and create riot for the purpose of conducting a campaign of arrests among the Southern protesters.
“TAJ” strongly warns Sana’a regime of persisting to suppress or prevent the southerners of holding a peaceful demonstration to express their rejection of the Yemeni occupation and of its troop’s inhuman practices against our people in the South.
“TAJ” warns the Yemeni authorities that they will bear a full responsibility of any consequences that might their practices result. Really any wrongdoings the authorities might commit, it will lead to the deterioration of the security situation and increase the tension in the South, which will make the situation open to all options.
